A very impressive experience in “Il Ristorante”, Bulgari Hotel

Since first time I met him, I knew for certain that Chef Maurizio Bombini is the kind of Chef that makes the difference, who never stops at the appearances and always tries to go further than what people expect using all the knowledge he gained from his past experiences with the best Chefs of Europe.

It is a pleasure to see the evolution of an idea, a project conceived and realized in the dish without getting lost in the cooking method trends of the moment or hasty preparation.

I might be biased, but I am truly impressed by how Maurizio interprets the art of cooking and by how he always presents his dishes like a professional and accomplished Chef.

My advice… Maurizio will be in less than 5-7 years one of the best Chefs in Asia…
