After “Teatro Gastroteque”, Cuca Flavor was another great discover during my last vacation in Bali. Located in Jimbaran, this Tapas Bar reinvents the World Tapas cuisine concept with 100% local ingredients and, I have to say, in a very interesting way.
With innovative food and genius cocktails, Cuca offers an excellent choice for those looking for something different. Not to miss is the Chichas section with Chicken & Beef , or the Cecviches section with all various raw kids of fish. Fantastic as well the section with all the gadgets and ingredients that are found just next to the kitchen. The open kitchen with a long table makes you feel at home throughout the whole evening.
I am happy to see that Bali is beginning to have world-class restaurants where you can find great food at moderate prices, and Cuca is definitely the first choice all over the island.
