One more special occasion at Il Ristorante, Bulgari Hotel Bali

Few months ago I had the great pleasure to meet Nicola, Chef De Cuisine at Medzo, relaxed and contemporary venue located at the Mezzanine Floor in InterContinental Regency Bahrain.

Nicola is a young Chef with a very pure and crystalline talent. He got a lot of attractive qualities which will definitely lead him to a future full of satisfactions and results.

And which is the best place for a meeting with such an interesting personality? Of course Il Ristorante, at Bulgari Hotel.

On that exact day my favorite Chef Maurizio was presenting his new A La Carte Menu.. I went to check how this time he would change the existing menu and what I found was a menu with a new level of cuisine.

Some must-eat dishes to order without even asking for suggestions are:

– Chestnut Soup and Parmesan Cheese Mousse

– Beef Cheek Risotto

– The fantastic LIMONCELLI, homemade by Maurizio which, as the chef says, make you fall from chair!
